Plots and premises
There are currently about 60 plots available at MORE. Additional plots, both large and small, will become available as the zoning work progresses.
Business plots and premises in Hämeenlinna
On the Hämeenlinna side of the Industrial Park partnership, MORE is run by Linna Business Development , an enterprise services company owned by the City of Hämeenlinna. A wide range of plots of varying sizes and suitable for different uses are available.
Linna Business Development offers flexible support services, tailored to meet your business needs at every step of the development and relocation process. For example, you have the option to either buy or rent a plot of land at the industrial park. You also have the option to construct business premises yourself or let Linna Business Development arrange the construction work on your behalf. These options are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Linna Business Development’s Relocation Services provide companies with a comprehensive package of relocation and setup services, designed to make establishing your business at the park seamless. These services are free of charge and include the following:
- Help with applying for development grants and funding
- Recruitment and labour force acquisition
- Partner and collaboration networks
- Development and training in cooperation with Hämeenlinna University of Applied Sciences (HAMK)
- Support with permits and authorisations

Business plots and premises in Janakkala
The Municipality of Janakkala is responsible for the plots located on the Janakkala side of the Industrial Park MORE partnership. Plots range in size from 3,000 m2 to over 20 hectares and can be tailored to your needs.
Janakkala Municipal Business Services also offers comprehensive support services for businesses at all stages of the business development process. These services include:
